Abstract
The term "delusional parasitosis" refers to the unshakable conviction that small organisms infest the body, in the absolute absence of confirmatory physical evidence. Patients with this disorder consult the dermatologist because of ` self-inflicted skin injury.
We experienced a 64year male patient with delusion of parasitosis, that responded well to conbined therapy of trifluoperazine and nortriptyline.
